Event & Conference proudly supports the Pitt campus community, alumni, UPMC partners, and external clients in bringing their events to life—whether across campus or at our signature venue, the University Club. We offer full-service planning for academic meetings, conferences, social celebrations, and summer camps and programs. From securing the perfect space to managing logistics and on-site coordination, our team is here to guide you every step of the way. We look forward to partnering with you and delivering exceptional service for an event tailored to your goals and needs.

What We Do

Within our conference and event Services, you can book exceptional event spaces and benefit from expert planning by our dedicated team. Rest assured, everything will be flawlessly executed to ensure your event is perfect!

Our Services

Conference and Event Services provides a variety of event planning services and resources at the University Club and across campus to ensure a flawless execution of your event.

If you select space at the University Club, we will coordinate the event from beginning to end.

If you select space on campus outside of the University Club, Conference and Event Services can assist you in one of two ways.

Contract with Conference and Event Services - Internal and External Clients*: Our Conference and Event Services team has an established relationship with campus departments and service providers, and we can secure the appropriate space for you. We will also work with campus catering, facilities, third-party rentals, and information technology – on your behalf.
This option provides a seamless experience as we work on your behalf and are your single point of contact throughout the entire planning process.
*External clients must contract with Conference and Event Services and be sponsored by a campus department.
Navigate Campus Without Our Team - Internal Clients Only: We can provide resources and point you in the right direction by providing contact information. However, we strongly encourage our direct involvement given our campus partnership and collaborations which are in place and can ensure your event occurs flawlessly.
