The Conference Services Open House is held every Fall semester to showcase our services and what internal and external event vendors we can work with for campus events. We invite nearby hotels, local furniture and event equipment rentals, linen companies, internal University services for events, and many more. University event planners and other faculty and staff who want to learn more about the event resources available are welcome to attend.
