Minors
To ensure the safety of the University community and visitors on campus, the University of Pittsburgh has certain expectations and requirements for camps, conferences, and programs that involve minors. If organizers plan to have minors attend their camp, conference, or program, then they should register all minors through the University of Pittsburgh's Human Resources Program Registration Portal.
For more information about the registration process and required clearances involving minors, visit the University of Pittsburgh's Human Resources Department. All questions regarding this process should be directed towards the Human Resources Department and/or ProVerify.

Note: The University of Pittsburgh is unable to allow any camp, conference, or program involving minors to take place until the above process is complete. All camp, conference, and program employees or volunteers are not permitted to have contact with associated minors until ProVerify has reviewed and approved each individual to do so.
Parking
Event organizers can reach out to the University of Pittsburgh's Parking Office to arrange for summer parking passes for their attendees.
We can assist in bundling your attendees' parking passes and room keys. We will retrieve the parking passes on your behalf and make arrangements to have them paired with your attendees' room keys.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are located within our residence halls and can be used with Panther Funds.
Event attendees must visit Panther Central to load Panther Funds onto their room key cards.
Billing
Per University Legal policy, Conference Services is unable to bill your program, conference, or event prior to its completion. Please note that this may affect your year-end billing.
